 The Park is a home to over 90 mammal species, masai Mara game drive is always cheered up by the big five cats ie elephants, rhinos, buffalos, lions and leopards and the famous great migration where over 2millions wildebeest cross the Mara river in search for greener pasture. other wild animals include zebra, gazelle, Eland, various species of antelope, bush duiker, jackal, bushbuck, bush pig, ostrich, and other smaller wildlife including civet, bush baby, porcupine, elephant shrew, honey badger which are usually spotted at night

These animals can be well spotted out in the open grassland of the park with the help of our tour guide and the game ranger sharing expert knowledge and information about each species and their behavior giving you a completely different perspective of an African savannah.

This makes Kenya (masai Mara national reserve) the best destination for a game drive regardless of the time and season therefore game drive is done all year round.

We have different types of game drives and these base on time. A full day games drive, the morning game drive which start as early as 6am where you see the sun creeping up, the wildebeests, the hidden elephant, other animals, birds, and flowers all arising. afternoon game drive at 3pm and the night game drive

A night game in masai Mara is a unique safari activity that offers one of the best experiences during your safari. As the sun sets, you will stop for a sundowner experience and photography. a trilling experience as you switch off the engines and listen to different animal sounds and birds.

 With the help of infrared lights, you get a chance to see clearly and experience a world of Africa’s nocturnal predators like the lions and other cats sitting on the valley’s various rocks and others hunt for their prey.

As other cats usually hunt during the night, the cheetah is exceptional as it does the opposite of the other cats. night game drives are usually carried out in Naboisho Conservancy which is a renowned destination for its high density of Lions currently estimated at about 70 identified lions.

As you head for a game drive, you are advisable to carry a camera to capture moments, binoculars to view animals and birds at a distance, safari ready cloths that are not brightly colored so as to blend with the environment and also dress according to the time and climate, hiking shoes (avoid sandals), sunglasses, sun hut, sunscreen for protection against the sun and light and always apply incest repellent when heading out for a game drive and avoid carrying a very big bag
